Participant Agreement

Participant Agreement – Soccer Atlantic

By registering a participant for an Soccer Atlantic program, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that participation in soccer camps involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and hereby release, waive, and discharge Soccer Atlantic, their staff, coaches, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all claims arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

2. Medical Authorization

I certify that the participant is physically fit to take part in the camp. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize camp staff to seek emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary. I accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

3. Code of Conduct

I understand that participants are expected to follow all camp rules and instructions. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the camp without refund.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

I acknowledge that all registrations are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website. By completing registration, I agree to those terms.

5. Media Release

I grant permission for Soccer Atlantic, to use photographs and video recordings of the participant taken during camp activities for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, without compensation.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which the camp takes place and applicable U.S. federal law.
